Who We Are

Thank you for visiting our website! Our names are Patrick and Jennifer Bard and we are the owners of Platinum Construction and Design TC, LLC. We are active members of the Home Builders Association; Jennifer is on the Board of Directors (Treasurer) at the local HBA as well as the committee chair for the Parade of Homes Committee and is a member of both of the Golf committees for the HBA as well as a participant of the foundation events committee.

We are ‘native’ to Traverse City and have two wonderful fur babies; Harley and his son Hudson. When we are not working, we enjoy spending our time with our family and friends doing things like boating, golfing (Jennifer), hunting (Patrick) and going for golf cart rides to name a few things. We love where we live and work! 

What We Do

We are a full-service design and construction company and have been in the construction trades for over twenty years. Our primary focus is on additions and remodels, as well as new build construction. We will work with you from the planning stage thru completion of your project. The majority of work that is performed is done by us. However, when the need arises, we do have some valued sub-contractors that we work with. The relationships that we have with our preferred vendors enable us to plan and execute your job with ease, on time and within budget. We truly love what we do and have a passion to make your existing space become what you have always envisioned!
